WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR BEADS MADE FROM? ARE THEY SAFE?
All beads used are 100% food grade silicone. Our products are safe, non-toxic, BPA, latex, lead, phthalates, PVC and cadmium free. Many baby products are made with this same food grade silicone and are well known to not grow any yucky bacteria or mold. We use a strong nylon cord when stringing products.

No matter how safe, products with small parts can always be a hazard. Never leave children alone while engaging with products. Be sure to inspect products regularly and throw away at first sign of wear and tear.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY PRODUCTS?
All silicone products are best cared for with warm soapy water and then air dried. Full silicone products are top rack safe in the dishwasher!

When possible, avoid chewing on plastic clips, these are not meant for the mouth. If nylon cord gets wet during cleaning, don't worry, it dries fast!

Any wooden products should ONLY be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Avoid submersing in water. Once you receive your wooden product, treat it with your favorite oil (we LOVE coconut) after each use to keep wood hydrated and to avoid cracking.
CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS?
Of course you can, that is how we started in the beginning! Be aware that with custom requests, processing time and cost may vary to accommodate these.
